This site is to help those looking for information, products, services or training in Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedanta. Doreen Lopes is our main teacher and practitioner. Most teaching, oils and herbal blends are customized according to each individual's background and needs. Doreen currently sees clients and teaches in Wisconsin, Florida and Terceira (Acores Islands, Portugal), and in some cases is willing to travel. She specializes in Gurukula style training (working 1:1 with individuals to help them incorporate an Ayurvedic lifestyle, and expanding that into professional level training programs when desired). For this reason and due to the nature of Ayurveda, it is best to treat each individual with a customized care and learning plan. There are some general guidelines of Services and Training programs, but these are just general outlines to help clients/students get a feel for our type of interactions.
